Too often people simply say “i am eating right” and I am one of them. What most people don’t realize this simple fact: if you are not getting results then you are not eating right. If you are not getting results in fat loss, then no matter how good you are eating, it is not good enough for you and you are going to have to take it to the next level.
I have really been trying to make some positive changes in my diet. It has been going okay thus far but not as well as it could be. I have reduced the amounts of the certain foods that aren’t good for my waistline but I haven’t removed them as much as I probably need to to get the results I want.
I have decided instead of focusing on deleting items from my diet, I will try to add things to my diet such as healthier snacks, more fruit and different vegetables. The more I do this and put more of these on my plate to eat first the less room I will have for my guilty pleasures.
Just yesterday I tried a new vegetable, Bok Choy ( classified as a cabbage), which a friend introduced to me when she made me a very delicious healthy lunch. She simply just seasoned it, sauteed it and it was delicious. I really enjoyed it and will now start adding it to my family’s menu.
