As summer comes to an end, what better way to spend time with your family and enjoy beautiful outside weather then at the Atlanta Ice Cream Festival.
Peidmont Park will be the host to the 2nd Annual Atlanta Ice Cream Festival on Saturday, September 10, 2011 from 12:00pm to 6:00pm
This family event is about good ol’ fashion fun. You will be able to purchase ice cream from a variety of ice cream vendors as well as purchase food and beverages.
The Community is really getting involved. There will be performances from local cheerleading squads and step teams. For those of you who want to be sure to burn off the calories, there will be fitness games and activities which will be sure to have you running and jumping around. To add to all the fun if you are a ice cream junkie, why not compete in the Ice Cream Eating Competition but be sure to have you technique down you don’t want to suffer from brain freeze.
